Our Story

1994A Humble Beginning

23 years ago, we opened up for business with just four people in a small office building in Brentwood, TN. We weren’t well known, but we knew hard work and our personal commitment to serving our community would help us stand apart from others.

1995Growing Our Roots and Expanding Opportunities

A year after, we opened our Wholesale Lending Division in Grand Prairie, TX, to expand our business offerings.

2001Furthering Our Partnerships and Possibilities

Being a partner is something Franklin American Mortgage does best. It’s why we played to our strengths and opened our Correspondent Lending division to diversify our offerings.

2008Being There When Our Customers Need Us Most
