Egan has been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, working in various roles at Sovereign Bank, Travis Mortgage, Flagstar Bank, and Embrace Home Loans. He is a member of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association and the Mid-State Association of Realtors, and is an associate member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors.

Schilling has over 16 years of experience in the home mortgage and real estate industries, working in various roles in retail origination as well as in wholesale and correspondent lending. She has held leadership positions with the Atlanta chapter of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and is also actively involved in the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and a member of NorthPoint Community Church.
